A New Drawing Winner Announced

On October 2nd we announced that Triz had won the "No Bones About It Challenge" with her Volcano Goddess entry.

The piece sold that very same day, so congratulations!

We also announced that the winner of our random number drawing was Cherry*.  Because we have no way of reaching Cherry, however, we have had to draw a second name for the giveaway. We had 47 eligible votes/comments and the trusty random number generator picked #46


who happens to be another talented bead artist, Morwyn of AnotherCountry BeadWorks. 


Morwyn will be contacted for her mailing address so that Sand Fibers can mail this pendant out to her.

Thank you to everyone who made the "No Bones About It" challenge a success!


*If Cherry leaves an email address at which to contact her in the comments here within the next week, Sand Fibers has agreed to send her another, different triangle pendant as well.

Gwen Fisher's bead work was printed on the poster advertising the October 2010, semi annual meeting of the Mathematical Association of America, Southern California/Nevada Section.  The beaded bead is explained in her newly released Ionic Polyhedra pattern, and the bracelet is from her Night Sky pattern from 2008.
