December Challenge “Art Inspiring Bead Art”

For this challenge, members of Bead Art Originals were asked to create a piece inspired by one of their favourite famous works of art - a famous painting, sculpture, photograph, etc... the inspiration didn’t have to be literal, one could take inspiration from the colours, the composition, the shape (sculptural art), etc..Here are the creations submitted by some of our members in response to this challenge:



Our first entry is from Smadar’s Treasure. Smadar drew inspiration from the painting “Healing Heart” by Teo Alfonso.

Our second entry is by Triz Designs. Triz drew inspiration from the painting “Arearea” by Paul Gauguin.

Our third entry is by TheJadeDog. Darcy drew inspiration from the portrait of “Simonetta Vespucci” by Piero di Cosimo.

Our fourth entry is by Salamander House. Melody drew inspiration from the painting “Olive Orchard” by Vincent Van Gogh.

Our fifth entry is from CieloDesign. Miriam was inspired by the painting “Water Garden and the Japanese Footbridge” by Claude Monet.
