Carol Dean is proud to announce that she has been selected as one of six members of the new
Artisan Clay Design Team.
At the beginning of each month, team members will receive
Artisan Clay Design Challenge Beads.
Their creations will be revealed on the last Friday of the month.

Carol Dean is also celebrating the 2500th Sand Fibers sale on Etsy.
Look for a free peyote cuff pattern on her blog later this week as her "thank you" to her fans.

Dee's faux Fordite rings were featured on the highly popular blog,
Polymer Clay Daily


Six of her rings were selected to be exhibited at the
Punch Gallery in Seattle, Washington,
in conjunction with the SNAG (Society of North American Goldsmiths) Conference
later this spring.
These rings were part of the "Ring a Day" project which took place on
Flickr last year.
Only 365 rings will be exhibited.
