The first ever BAO Trunk Show is now history. What a wonderful success!
It was a crazy, fast-paced evening with many laughs and much admiration for the art that was shown. We had over 90 attendees, eight of whom walked away with some great door prizes: DeborahBeinFiberArt, eweniel, stamploon, remaker, denorah, njema, TheChainMailleLady, and CaroleGrant. Congratulations to those eight lucky winners! And thank you to everyone who took time out of their evening to be there with us.
We now have almost 70 subscribers to the BAO Newsletter. As promised, we drew a name for the pendant by thebeadedlily last night: Congratulations, Sharon (last name withheld to protect the innocent!) :D Sharon has been notified of her good fortune via email.

The trunk show was so much fun! We should do them quarterly. :-)
I loved doing the trunk show last night. I would be into doing them whenever we can. Perhaps we can put some thought into themed items..maybe thats too overwhelming, but it might work..
or give the evening a title "like midsummer nights dream" and have items related to that theme..
Even if we dont, I had alot of fun and had alot of emails and convo's this morning from guests who had just as much fun!

Yay! I wish I'd got to be there but just preparing for it and hearing about it was so much fun!
