September Challenge "No Bones About It"
For this challenge, members of Bead Art Originals were asked to create a piece inspired by the fictional character Temperance Brennan of the television show "Bones." And it's also perfect timing, as it will mark the season premiere. (Comment here before midnight October 1st to place your vote AND a reader will be selected at random to win a fabulous prize, TBA!)

What a hard choice to make because they're all such beautiful creations! But I guess I would have to go with the first entry from Triz Designs. They're all lovely!
Wow! Everyone's creations are so wonderful that this is, once again, an almost impossible choice. My vote, however, must go to Triz's piece...which I absolutely adore.
WOW I LOVE every entry - they are all amazing - now I need to pick just one - this will be hard.

I like them all, it was very hard to decide but I will have to go with #1 from Triz Designs

I like everything, especially 1 and 6 ... but I think no. 7 is the most original one... so I choose 7.

They are all so wonderfully creative, but my heart says #1 by Triz
I vote for #2, although I also like #3. Must be the beetles. I don't watch the show, so my vote is purely for aesthetic reasons.

Great entries all, but I think Triz has it with that awesome piece! Kinda looks like something they need to lay down on their table to examine very closely ;~)
So sorry I didn't get an entry into this challenge. I have to vote for MaryLou--for obvious reasons! I've never seen the show, but this post makes me want to watch.
I love them all and could see Bones wearing any of them (love the show and love her jewellery!), but my favourite is #6 Smadar's Treasures.
I have to go with my first impression, and that's the entry from TrizDesigns. It's absolutely amazing. #7 is distinctly unique, but my heart says vote for TrizDesigns entry. So there it is. Finally. :D
I love everyone's entries, but Triz's piece really speaks to me! It seems very much like something Temperance would wear.
Triz's piece is great! But I've got to vote for Naftali! Those 'wishbones' are so awesome!
All the pieces are lovely and I don't want to vote for one over the others... but if I must, I'm voting for The Jade Dog's 4 color beauty.

Totally love the wishbones!! but I could actually see Temperance wearing the first piece by Triz. Too bad my entry is still waiting to be photographed, next challenge!!
Man! This is like having to choose the best of your best friends - you want to just choose all of these gorgeous pieces. I do see Bones wearing the gorgeous #1 Triz Designs necklace so that would be my choice. Great work, everyone!
Thejadedog for its bright colors and unique style. Plus, the character from "Bones" can basically wear any color with it.
"Bones" is my favorite show, Triz ( 1st design) captured her style perfectly. All the designs are simply gorgeous.
I have to go with piece #2, the green one. I can definitely picture Bones wearing it.

They are all wonderful! I have more than one favorite, but I guess my #1 fave would be #6 by Smadar's Treasure.
All very beauiful pieces, but I think #1 and # 6 come closest to my idea of a "Temperance Brennan" look. Hard to choose between those two but I think I'll go with #1 by TrizDesigns.
I love the composition in SmadarsTreasures' piece, but all of the entries are also impresseive.
they are all so beautiful and I voted thinking of what Temperance would wear...I give honorable mention to time2creates two pieces which are perfect for Temperance but it was close between Triz #1 and Naftali #7 (which I think Temperance would look great in and fits the name 'bones') however...my vote is for #1 it is earthy and beaded flawlessly.
There are all beautiful, but #1 TrizDesigns has to be my favorite. I love the shapes and colors. Pearls top it off. Good luck girls.
I love them aLL, but I reaLLy love the JadeDogs 18' necklace that is made of Black onyx, Japanese glass, dyed marble & Botswana agate. Very unique. Very exquiste! Great job to them all!

What a fabulous assortment...& I LOVE BONES!! with Temperence evolving...I will go with #2 as it is subdued but has a little color!!
My choice is #6 from Smadar's Treasures. I like the colors, the mix of elements, and the simplicity of the design.
They are all beautiful, but #1 TrizDesigns has to be my favorite.

even though it's a toss-up between her's and Smadars, and all the rest. Bones would be happy to even GET to wear one of these lovelies. i wish i could have voted for all of them. but i guess i don't get to. btw...you're ALL winners. ♥
